BACKGROUND

Jillamy is a rapidly growing, full-service third-party logistics provider offering comprehensive freight forwarding solutions, including a customs brokerage, as well as warehousing, packaging, freight management, and fulfillment. Amid this growth during a particularly demanding period for 3PLs—the COVID-19 pandemic—the company recognized the need for an advanced warehouse management system (WMS).

Jillamy needed to manage its rapid growth and digitalize its inventory and asset management processes while continuing to effectively address its customers’ evolving logistics and supply chain needs.

CHALLENGES

The primary challenge Jillamy faced was addressing its modernization needs across numerous locations, even as they continued standing up new facilities and optimizing use of their existing devices and hardware.
